SMACK THE BOTTOM ON THE LAPTOP RIGHT UNDER THE DVD-DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!! If no Matshita UJ-841S drive is found, this firmware updater will show [F/W Loader does not apply to the DVD/CD-RW drive that you are using. This plate is raised and prevents the disc from spinning. With the different devices, they can have the same driver , it's because they all use the same chip manufacturer. This is not the only problem, but sealed the deal for me. I truly hate Toshiba.
