If your relative is up for it then you should also uninstall Norton and replace it with either Avast or turn on Windows Defender which is Microsoft Security Essentials in Windows That would be my first choice. This makes getting a simple 'yes' or 'no' on some questions very difficult. http://ipodebookmaker.com/driver-manager/driver-manager-norton-registration-key.html

If it were I would expect it to behave much more politely and not try to conflict with other Norton products. A program that benefits the consumer, assures them of complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business. https://community.norton.com/en/forums/driver-manager-states-it-norton-partner-it-what-does-mean

Report & Rebuttal Respond to this report! I ended up at a screen that asked me to pay ~$29 for a 1 yr subscription.  The site had a logo that said they were a Noeton partner. I am usually EXTREMELY reticent to do something like this and asked if I could install it manually, but was told that it would be best if he did it in

Are you an owner, employee or ex-employee with either negative or positive information about the company or individual, or can you provide "insider information" on this company? Other benefits of registering an account are subscribing to topics and forums, creating a blog, and having no ads shown anywhere on the site. An uninstallation link called “Uninstall” was placed in your Start menu, in the Programs folder, under “Driver Manager”. Their website shows no clear information about the program. Then if one driver is selected for updating it then asks for registration and money.

By the way, my original problem is that my DVD/CD drive has quit working and the devise manager shows the following error message: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this Back to top #3 cafejose cafejose Topic Starter Members 777 posts OFFLINE Local time:06:08 AM Posted 09 January 2015 - 12:28 AM Quick scan done using current version of Norton Resolve the issues and rebuild trust through our Corporate Advocacy Program. redk9258 Norton Fighter25 Reg: 22-Feb-2010 Posts: 2,824 Solutions: 119 Kudos: 373 Kudos1 Stats Re: Driver Manager Posted: 30-Oct-2011 | 8:35PM • Permalink papablare wrote:Thanks, I did not catch that conflict myself.

what does that mean? Don't let them get away with it! So I am looking for another method to correct the problem. http://ipodebookmaker.com/driver-manager/what-does-a-driver-manager-do.html This report was posted on Ripoff Report on 08/21/2013 01:12 AM and is a permanent record located here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/driver-manager/select-stateprovince/driver-manager-states-it-is-partnered-with-norton-on-the-program-on-my-computer-inserte-1077641.

Consumers love to do business with someone that can admit mistakes and state how they made improvements. The site address is:   www.drivermanager.com/en/drivers.php?brand=Matshita&logo=pc Is this Company a partner and is the app OK? WHAT IS YOUR STORY?

Consumers want to see how businesses take care of business.

Alternatively, you can use Windows’ built-in uninstall utility; Go to your Control Panel from the Start Menu. If you need help finding drivers, or have a device issue there are plenty of friendly people here willing to help. You know where to find us if you need help again.
