Ubuntu still failed to recognize the device even though ndisgtk subsequently showed that it (the hardware) was present. Let me know if you have any problems with the directions above. In your off-line situation, you can install the precompiled version of ndiswrapper from RPM Fusion, or compile it from source. found it on my windows installer cd.. That it cannot do. BeansHidden!
